Ray Sears began his career at Southwest Airlines, holding various positions of increasing responsibility in Finance and Procurement over the course of his 21 years there. His last 7 years at Southwest were spent as Vice President of Procurement. He then moved to Roofing Supply Group, LLC (RSG), which was one of the largest distributors of roofing products in the United States. There he served as Vice President of Supply Chain.
In 2012, Ray joined what is now SPI as Vice President of Supply Chain. Ray has been a constant at SPI ever since. He brings over 10 years of experience in construction products and the distribution industry to his role, and has been a key asset in steering the company through various organizational changes. Ray was named CEO of SPI in January 2023.
A graduate of Oklahoma Christian University, Ray holds a BS in Computer Information Systems. Outside of work, he stays active with his children’s sports and other activities.
In his spare time, Ray is an avid traveler. He has visited six out of seven continents and hopes to visit Antarctica as soon as he can. He is also a lifelong tennis enthusiast, having enjoyed tournament play in his early years. He still plays and enjoys the game today, squeezing in a match whenever he can.
Keith Bolt is an experienced financial executive who brings a wealth of experience to SPI. He started his career in 1990 with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) before advancing his career in Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions at two Fortune 500 firms, ALCOA and NSI. Starting in 2001 Keith began working with private equity firms as CFO or COO within their various portfolio companies.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Keith holds a BBA in Accounting. He has worked in the insulation industry for 8 years, the last 6 of which with SPI. His skills and experience make him an expert at fostering and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. While at SPI he has been an advocate for both organic and inorganic growth along with digital transformation.
Outside of work, Keith is active in his community. He volunteers and serves on the Board with multiple local charities in Charlotte, whose work ranges from supporting at-risk children to helping those with addictions to chemical substances. In his personal life, Keith is a family man. He and his wife Jennifer have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Over the past 21 years, the family has hosted 20+ foreign exchange students. There is never a dull moment at the Bolt house.
Margot Hart joined SPI in 2022 as Chief Revenue Officer, leading commercial processes and go-to-market approaches to deliver on SPI’s value proposition with existing and new customers. Margot is an accomplished and pragmatic sales leader with a wealth of experience in a range of business areas. A graduate of UCLA and the University of Colorado, she began her career at Staples, where she spent 16 years in a variety of sales, sales leadership, pricing, strategy, and executive roles. Margot’s talents eventually took her to Travelers Haven, a high-growth, technology-enabled corporate housing company where she led sales, marketing, pricing, and client success. It was in this position that she discovered her passion for working and implementing structure in high-growth environments.
Ernie Iulianetti began his career in the insulation industry as the warehouse manager for ISD Ceilings in their Cinnaminson, NJ branch. This branch was acquired by SPI in late 1990, and Ernie was promoted to inside sales in early 1991, a position he held for the next three years.
Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, Ernie held a range of titles with increasing amounts of responsibility and management. In 2014, he developed pricing optimization initiatives for all North American operations, primarily focused on implementing system pricing. From 2015 to 2020, he held the role of Northeast District Manager for 10 distribution locations. In 2021, multiple acquisitions were added to his list of responsibilities. Ernie became part of the Senior Leadership team in 2022.
Ernie is passionate about his role and served on the Eastern States Insulation Contractors Association board of directors for 15 years. He attributes his work ethic to a childhood spent on a fruit and vegetable farm, which instilled in him a drive and focus on results.
Outside of work, Ernie is a dedicated husband and father. He and his wife Kim have been married for 36 years and have two daughters, Alyssa and Jaclyn. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with family and friends, golfing and following the Philadelphia pro sports teams.
After beginning his career in corporate banking, Brian Blazek soon realized his true passion was in the operational side of business. He transitioned to a supply chain role, and over the past fifteen years has worked with FedEx, Roofing Supply Group, and Coca-Cola in positions of increasing responsibility.
Brian holds a BS in Finance and Management from Saint Louis University and an MBA from the University of Dallas. He joined SPI in 2017, bringing with him a wealth of supply chain knowledge within the building products industry. He has held several roles at SPI including leading our Supply Chain team and RVP of the East Region for Mechanical Insulation.
Outside of work, Brian makes it a priority to spend time with his family. He spends his time coaching his son’s baseball and flag football teams and attending his daughter’s swim competitions. When not attending athletic events, he enjoys traveling and experiencing the world with his family, spending time outdoors and enjoying time with family and friends.
Bradley Perrier began his career in manufacturing and fabrication after leaving active duty from the U.S. Army. His first position was a night shift production supervisor in Minneapolis, MN at a manufacturer of printed circuit boards for the telecommunications industry.
Through the years, Bradley has worked in a variety of manufacturing environments. He held increasing roles of responsibility spanning from production leader to general manager before coming to SPI as Director of Fabrication in 2015. A graduate of Texas A&M University and Webster University, he holds a BS in industrial engineering and an MBA.
Just prior to arriving at SPI, Bradley retired from the U.S. Army Reserve as a Colonel after serving thirty-two years in various positions with four years of active duty and one tour in Afghanistan.
Outside of work, Bradley leads a men’s brigade in his church that does volunteer work for needy members of the congregation. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working and hunting on his family property, and watching college football.
Nina Stasinopoulos is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in both privately and publicly held industrial and manufacturing companies. A graduate of Loyola University in Chicago, she holds a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology and a master’s degree in industrial relations, making her an expert in her field. She spent 13 years with Textron companies, which took her from northern Illinois to northeastern Tennessee and, finally, to North Carolina.
Nina joined SPI in 2019 and has worked to build her role to leverage talent across the organization, align compensation and benefits more closely with the company’s business strategy, and increase communication across our locations.
Outside of work, Nina supports the United Way. She has served in a range of positions, including as a local board member. She strives to connect with her United Way chapter no matter where her work takes her.
In her spare time, Nina enjoys traveling with her family, especially to the beach. She has visited beaches on the Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, Pacific, and North Sea. She is currently learning Spanish in the hopes of using her new skill in some of her future travels.
Heather Teasley began her career in digital over 20 years ago. She spent several years in roles of increasing responsibility at Belk, leading their eCommerce department's creative and production teams. She then moved into similar leadership roles with designer furniture manufacturers. This work took her to both B2B and B2C companies.
In 2020, Heather joined SPI and spearheaded the company’s digital transformation. This extensive project entailed a complete redesign and rebuild of the SPI website. As VP of Digital and Technology, she oversees all things digital and technology. Heather attended Savannah Technical College and Armstrong Atlantic State University and holds a BS in Management Information Systems.
Outside of work, Heather is an accomplished mixed-media artist. She has exhibited her work at the University of South Carolina and numerous independent galleries. In her spare time, she enjoys powerlifting and is always seeking to achieve her next personal record.
Rance Johnson has over 40 years of experience in information technology in a variety of different fields. Over the course of his career, he has built world-class IT environments and held senior leadership positions for Duravant, General Instrument, and Moody’s.
Rance joined the SPI family in May 2019 as the Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, he leads the IT department and helps support digital transformation efforts. Throughout his time at SPI, he has established himself as a personable, amiable colleague who is always willing to go the extra mile to solve any problem.
A veteran of the United States Air Force and the NC Air National Guard, Rance attended the Community College of the Air Force. He is currently a student at UNC Chapel Hill, where he attends Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Outside of work, he sits on the board for the Sidewalk Institute and sponsors a local youth summer camp. In his spare time, Rance is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys attending all of the major bike rallies he can.
Chance Mercure has been with SPI for over 6 years, first as the Regional Vice President for the West and Canada regions before moving into his current role in early 2020. Noted for his leadership and strategic planning skills, he has worked closely with the digital transformation process at SPI, helping to refresh the company’s footprint for the 21st century.
In keeping with his interest in sustainable and green manufacturing, Chance holds a degree in environmental engineering from West Point. He spent 5 years on active duty in Germany, Bosnia, and the southeast United States as a Combat Engineer Officer and Project Manager with the US Army Corp of Engineers.
Taking after his father, an amateur skydiver with over 700 jumps in the 1960s and 1970s, Chance requested to attend the Army’s Airborne School. He then spent the 19 years prior to joining the insulation industry in various leadership positions in the manufacturing, distribution, and military construction management spaces.
Chance is active in his community. He and his daughter are Expedition Patch Keepers for their YMCA Adventure Guides organization, and his children take part in several sports. You can often find him on the sidelines cheering them on in soccer, flag football, and basketball.
Bob Barnett began his career in the insulation industry in 1980, working as an estimator for AC&S in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Over the next ten years, he held positions of increasing responsibility, first in Sales and Marketing and then as Branch Manager in Denver, Colorado. During this time, he also worked to develop the Asbestos Abatement division for both the Tulsa and Oklahoma markets.
Bob holds a BS in Building Design and Construction from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. He joined SPI as a branch manager in 1993, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience that makes him a true asset to the company. By the early 2000s, Bob was General Manager of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri markets. He was then promoted to District Manager of the Central region around 2007. In keeping with his passion for insulation, he has been a member of the Midwest Insulation Contractors Association for over twenty years.
Outside of work, Bob participates in a variety of activities. In his twenties, he competed in two rodeo events for several years. He currently enjoys remaining active in his community, including supporting and donating to The Ridge Church. In his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and snow skiing.
Mark Rich is a seasoned professional, having spent time working in several different industries. He spent 10 years working with industrial contractors and another 10 in construction management in New York City. A graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, he holds a BS in Political Science and Education.
Mark joined the SPI family in 2004 and has spent the past 18 years in the insulation industry. He worked his way up to his current role as Regional Vice President of the South Central Region. He is currently the President of the Southwest Insulation Contractors’ Association, or SWICA, and has served on their board of directors for six years, including as program chairman for a biennial expo and program director for an annual conference.
Outside of work, Mark is an avid golf fan. One of his bucket list items is to experience all four of the major golf tournaments. He has already attended three of the four, and hopes to make it to the British Open in the near future.
Greg Doyle joined the SPI in 2022 as District Manager for the North Atlantic District but has been honing his skills on both the manufacturing and supplier side of insulation industry for over a decade. Greg is passionate about driving operational excellence through service as well as developing cohesive teams and creating a pipeline of talented leaders. As a District Manager, Greg demonstrated strong alignment with SPI's business growth strategy and took a proactive approach to driving operational excellence, enhancing visibility and accountability across sales & operational processes. Greg brings a strategic, creative vision, a deep understanding of the business, and continued focus on building strong teams to this role.
A graduate of Heidelberg University, Greg holds a BA in Political Science and History. He began his career in insulation in 2011 as a Territory Manager for RIS Insulation Supply in Charlotte, NC.
Outside of work, Greg has a passion for cars and sports. He also enjoys spending his time traveling abroad with his girlfriend, and playing with his dog, Arthur.
